I have written 40 original recipes for this course to teach you what you need to know and why you need to know it. AI has not written the recipes... these are tried and trusted recipes, and most have been sold to paying diners.
Do you have a busy life? Do you want to routinely eat homemade vegan whole food? Have. you made the connection between mental health and physical health and homemade food? If so, this course is for you.

Do you know if I can learn all of this on YouTube? Of course, you could search around for reliable content including recipes, step-by-step recipes, live tutor access, extra live demos etc... But this can take time and effort, and you might prefer to get straight to it and learn with some proper tutor support. This course costs the same or less than a good quality cook-book so it's a good investment given that you have direct access to the tutor, as well as advert-free recipes and 40 hours of step-by-step cookery tutorials.
Do I need a great kitchen? No, definitely not. You just need the basics. You might want to buy some new kit once you've done the course. That's a better time to buy because you're buying from a position of knowledge. You'll also be able to ask the tutor or people in the group or at the live Q&A for recommendations.
What skill level is this for? It's for people who are starting to cook, and also people who've been cooking for a while. I don't think this course is for people who can write recipes themselves. I'd say this is a good option for you if you're motivated to learn some new dishes, if you've been eating the same kinds of things for a while, or if your plates look or taste a bit uninspiring.
How long will the course take to complete? Well this depends on you. You can complete the course in 30 days in which case you will be cooking a new recipe daily with some days off. Or you can spread out the learning and cook a new dish weekly. There are 40 recipes in total.
